1 Introduction & Scope

vvb8 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms serve as a legal agreement between vvb8 and its users.

These Terms apply to the following services:

• Sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports)
• Live casino games (card games, table games, live dealer)
• Slot games and virtual gaming
• Bingo, multi-bet and other special game categories
• All promotional offers, bonuses and loyalty rewards

Using any part of the vvb8 platform means you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account on vvb8 and use its services, the following conditions must be met:

• Mental capacity: The user must create an account voluntarily and of sound mind.
• Single account: Each person may create only one account — multiple accounts on the same device, the same IP address or the same identity document are not allowed.
• No third-party use: Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on vvb8, you must provide accurate and complete information. An account created with false information may be closed at any time and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

Information that must be provided accurately at registration:

• Full name (as shown on your national ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (to verify 21+)
• Preferred payment method details

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not give anyone else access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

vvb8 reserves the right to verify the identity of any user to ensure safe and transparent service. We may request the following documents for verification:

• Copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (holding your identity document)
• Proof of payment method verification

Large withdrawal requests may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vvb8 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in the following situations:

• Account verification has not been completed
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Unusual or suspicious activity requires review

4.4 Security of Deposited Funds

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at vvb8 can receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date and conditions — read the specific terms before accepting an offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If vvb8 finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus abuse such as arbitrage betting, risk-free hedging or bot usage is strictly prohibited.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play Policy

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the vvb8 platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or through live dealers. Game results are not predetermined and each round operates independently.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vvb8 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If match fixing or manipulation is suspected, the outcome of the related bet may be withheld.

6.3 Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost during a game or a technical fault occurs, vvb8 will review the game logs and attempt to provide a fair resolution. However, vvb8 is generally not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vvb8 platform:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account by the same person.
• Third-party funds: Placing bets or operating an account using someone else's money.
• Automated software: Using bots, crawlers or any other automated software.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to legitimise illegally obtained funds.
• System hacking: Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
• False information: Providing incorrect or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Assisting minors: Allowing any minor to use an account.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, vvb8 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Evidence of being underage

9.2 Account Closure by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If any pending bonus wagering cannot be completed before the account is closed, that bonus will be forfeited. However, any genuinely earned real balance will be returned.

9.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

vvb8 is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, we will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Issues caused by the user's internet disconnection
• Faults in the user's device or software
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Events beyond our control (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks
• System failure of a third-party payment provider

vvb8's maximum liability shall never exceed the amount of the transaction in question. vvb8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11 Changes and Updates to Terms

vvb8 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users in the following ways:

Continuing to use the platform after changes to the terms will mean that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you will be asked to close your account.
